Private sessions are tailored, specifically for you. Whether you are an experienced movement practitioner seeking to deepen your practice or a newcomer wishing to enhance your overall flexibility and strength. If you are recovering from an injury or experiencing fatigue, private sessions can help you embody greater support. You may have heard about the benefits of somatic practices for your nervous system, or perhaps you’re interested in learning more about Body-Mind Centering (BMC). Whatever your reason, private somatic movement education sessions offer you the focused attention that is often difficult to achieve in a group class setting.

When we take the time to slow down and listen to our bodies, we begin to recognise patterns of movement that may feel ‘stuck’ and limit our potential. We may also begin to see how we compensate for areas of ‘stuckness’ or discomfort with other, often unhelpful, movement patterns, and this awareness offers the possibility of change. These sessions may include hands-on techniques as well as gentle movement facilitation. Through somatic practices, Martha guides you in embodying your various body systems, fostering support and encouraging ease of movement throughout both body and mind.
