Private sessions

Private sessions are tailored, specifically for you. You may wish to get started with yoga and are feeling overwhelmed, or to deepen your existing practice, perhaps you are injured, or simply feel you would like more attention than is possible to receive in a class. Whatever your situation, private sessions can help you to gain a depth of body-mind awareness which may be more tricky to achieve in a group setting.

Often, when we slow down and allow space to really feel and listen to our bodies, we start to identify patterns of movement in ourselves which feel a bit ‘stuck’, and which can inhibit potential. Blending somatic movement as well as yoga practices, Martha focuses on facilitating release and ease of healthy movement flow throughout the body and mind.
